This policy explains how Joy Decoded Consulting handles personal data collected through joydecoded.com and through payments for our products. The NetSpire app has its own privacy policy at netspire.app/privacy.

1. What we collect

• When you contact us by WhatsApp or email: your name, number or email address and what you tell us.
• When you pay: your name, mobile number, email, the amount and, if you ask for a B2B invoice, your GSTIN. Card and bank details are handled only by our payment gateway; we never see or store them.
• When you browse: this website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs to keep the site secure.

2. How we use it

To respond to you, activate what you paid for, issue GST invoices, process refunds, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our payment gateway, and with authorities where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept while they are useful to respond to you. Payment and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax law.

5. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to joydecoded@gmail.com. Records we must keep by law are retained for that period.
