Joy Decoded Consulting sells digital services and in-person programmes. No physical goods are shipped.

1. NetSpire Premium

Premium is activated on the NetSpire account linked to the mobile number you entered at payment, usually within minutes and no later than 24 hours. Your GST tax invoice is emailed to you.

2. LeadAthoN™ Cohort membership

After payment, your profile is reviewed. Once approved, your onboarding invite is sent by email and WhatsApp, and your 12-month membership begins.

3. Net Thinking Academy

Access details for online learning, and the date, time and venue for live and offline workshops and boot camps, are sent to you by email or WhatsApp after registration.

4. If something doesn't arrive
